Physiotherapist

I have an interest in helping manage headaches, shoulder issues and pre/post op rehabilitation. I love working with clients to regain strength and mobility in order to achieve their specific activity goals.

About

Ashlee Nash

When I don't have my physio hat on I enjoy spending time with my kids exploring the outdoors, baking and reading. I spent many years playing hockey growing up and would love to return to the sport one day.

My childhood home was in Coffs Harbour, NSW. Known for its beautiful beaches, yet sadly having parents who grew up inland, we never spent much time on the sand.

Treatment Philosophy

I take the time to listen to a client's concerns and how they impact their life. I then work with them to assess what physical limitations they currently have, help them understand why this is the case, and then provide advice on what we can do actively as a team to achieve whatever goals they have set for themselves.
