TreatmentPhilosophy/ Areas of Treatment Interests:
Ashlee holds a particular interest in assisting individuals with managing headaches, addressing shoulder issues, and guiding them through pre- and post-operative rehabilitation processes. Ashlee prioritises understanding her clients' concerns and their impact on their daily lives. She collaborates with them to assess their current physical limitations, providing insights into the underlying reasons and offering actionable advice. Together, they work as a team to pursue the goals set by the clients, fostering a supportive environment conducive to achieving success. During her leisure time away from her physiotherapy duties, Ashlee delights in outdoor adventures with her children, baking, and immersing herself in a good book. With a history of playing hockey in her youth, she has recently reignited her passion for the sport. Ashlee frequently engages in walking, running, and participating in Parkrun and other running events. Growing up in Coffs Harbour, NSW, renowned for its picturesque beaches, Ashlee's childhood was somewhat devoid of sandy escapades due to her parents' inland upbringing.
