What do you like about working in a physiotherapy clinic?
I enjoy being a part of the supportive and diligent team at HPP. I'm a big believer in constant growth, both at a personal and professional level, and HPP facilitates the perfect environment for this. Born and raised in Maitland, it's nice to see fresh and familiar faces enter the clinic, be able to connect with them, and help them get back to doing what they love.
Work Philosophy:
I believe great physio is about more than just addressing pain or deficits. It's underpinned by truly understanding the person in front of you. My approach is centred around listening first, identifying what matters to you, and then building a clear, practical plan to help you move forward with confidence. With a sports-heavy background, I find great fulfilment in helping athletes get back to the top of their game. Beyond this, whether you’re aiming to return to work, stay active with your family, or simply feel stronger in your day-to-day life, my goal is to empower you with the knowledge, tools, and support to do so.
Outside of work:
If I'm not playing AFL, touch footy, or at the gym, I'll be spending time with my family or catching up with friends. I'm a big fan of the beach and co-parent two golden retrievers - Nala & Noosa.
